Exclusive apartament in the center. Tetuán III
It is a beautiful top quality apartment in which the quality of the materials, the furniture and its great spaciousness stand out, in turn, its perfect location in the heart of the city of Seville.
Upon entering the apartment we find a small hall that leads directly to the living room that has a large dining table with a beautiful chandelier on top and some comfortable sofas where you can enjoy your flat-screen TV and, in turn, relax in them. At the beginning of the living room to the right, there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a large window and a small balcony. At the end of this, there is the second bedroom similar to the previous one.
To the left of the living room, there is a corridor in which there is a complete bathroom and to the right of this is the master bedroom with a small television, complete bathroom en suite and a bright window. To the right of the aforementioned corridor, we find the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for its use.
The apartment is located on Tetuán street, in the heart of Seville, the most central part of the city, one step away from all the monuments and places of interest. In addition, on the same street there are numerous shops, a supermarket and small bars where you can enjoy Sevillian gastronomy.

Quality Derpartment.
Our place was a wonderful surprise. So much room and very, very clean. Location put us right in the middle of everything. My only regret, I wish I could read Spanish. The books made this place a top library. Highly recommend.
The place was very clean and beautiful! The interior design was very homey and warm. The location was so close to stepping into restaurants and shops. The bedrooms were extremely quiet. Everything was above and beyond expectation! Thank you for the cold water!

The apartment is beautiful! I need to give Genteel Home management team a big round of applause. Prior to arriving they sent a digital package containing parking maps, garbage disposal locations, appliance information, nearby attractions, restaurants, hospital, other medical facilities. Truly everything you might need. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. Besides a washer there was also a dryer which is an unusual bonus. The apartment is near the sites we wanted, restaurants, and shopping. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. The one and only negative I would mention is that if you book it, note that the entry is off the street in an alcove and was initially difficult to locate. Turn into the alcove around the corner from the "Orange Store". Marco met us and was fabulous. While 2 of us meet Marco the rest of our group was navigating tight streets in a 7 passenger van. He helped find a nearby parking garage that had the height clearance we needed.
