Als fünfköpfige Familie waren wir von diesem Apartment leider sehr enttäuscht. Positiv: Die Lage, Küchenausstattung zweckmäßig und ausreichendNegativ:- Teilweise falsche Beschreibung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung: Statt 3 Schlafzimmern und Klimaanlage gab es nur 2 Schlafzimmer und Ventilatoren. Dies habe ich zwar auf meine spätere Nachfrage hin erfahren, konnte aber aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit keine Alternative mehr finden.- Betten nur 1,90m lang, Federkernmatratzen knarzen sehr laut und sind unbequem- Schlafcouch noch kürzer, unzumutbar hart, Verletzungsrisiko durch Kippen, wenn man sich auf die runtergeklappte Lehne legt- sehr unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch im Apartment, besonders im einen der beiden Schlafzimmer, noch schlimmer im Kleiderschrank, den wir deshalb nicht benutzen konnten.Die Gastgeberin war nur schriftlich erreichbar. Unsere geäußerte Kritik hat sie komplett abgestritten und uns nahegelegt, uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Ich hätte sogar vor Ort spontan eine Alternative gefunden und forderte eine Erstattung für die verbleibenden Nächte. Die Antwort darauf war aggressiv und drohend (Anzeige bei der Polizei wegen angeblicher Bedrohung etc.) und hat uns einen entspannten Aufenthalt unmöglich gemacht. Da wir uns ohne Erstattung keine Neubuchung leisten konnten, blieb uns nur, die restliche Zeit in diesem Apartment irgendwie zu überstehen.
