El piso es un ático desde el cual se ve la playa y una panorámica del pueblo. Se puede ir caminando a una pequeña playa (la que se ve en la foto).

Tiene una amplia cocina con todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días y mesa. El salón comedor tiene TV, sofá y mesa. La propietaria tiene a disposición de los clientes varios libros de literatura de Galicia.
