The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central buildings in Salou, located right on Jaume I Promenade, just opposite Llevant Beach, the main beach of Salou. You only need to cross the street to sunbathe. The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a children's pool.
DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment is distributed with a living-dining room, terrace with views of the swimming pool, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower.
There is a second windowless bedroom, bunk-bed style, with a double bed.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Air conditioning only in the living room
- Outdoor pool in season (15/06-15/09)
- Free WIFI in communal area during your stay.
- These apartments are ideal for staying with children.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.
