Waterfront one bedroom plus den one full bath/half bath top floor two story condo with a patio. You will enjoy fishing from the docks or just relaxing with a good book. The Madeira Beach Yacht Club has wonderful amenities for you including 2 pools, There is a CVS, liquor store, grocery, and a library all within walking distance from your condo!

You are less than 300 ft from the beautiful sugary sands of Madeira Beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Snack Shack located on Madeira Beach is a good place to grab some food and drink, including adult beverages!

You are within walking distance to many great restaurant, shops, liquor store, public library or a grocery store.
Cable TV, DVR, and internet are also provided.

This is a perfect getaway and very affordable - you won't want to go home!

My experience with you was very delightful. I loved the secure feeling, the location and the comfortable bed. A couple things needed were a paring knife, can opener, vacuum in kitchen not very good at all.

Amazing!

We are totally excited about this beautiful apartment! Everything you need to have for a nice stay is available and above all: everything is clean and in a very good condition. The bed is very comfortable and is on the 1st floor, easily reached by stairs. Up here is also the bathroom and a small dressing room. Downstairs is the living room, dining room and kitchen. From each window you can see the water, the yacht club and even the gulf. In front of the apartment there is a private barbecue with chairs, tables and umbrellas and there is even a small pier with benches for sitting. We often used the space in front of the apartment for breakfast. Carrie is a wonderful hostess, took care of everything and was available for many tips. I would recommend the apartment without any restrictions.

Carrie & Denise were prompt and thorough in all communication prior to our visit. Not only did we know what to expect but they also provided lots of fun tips of things to do during our stay. We experienced a couple of "tech" challenges and Carrie was accessible and responsive to solving both of them. She made us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. We'd love to visit again! Convenient to the Madeira Beach

This property is within easy walking distance to The Hammocks/Madeira Beach. The condo is well stocked with literally anything you might need. There are also beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodle, fishing pole etc in the downstairs closet. There is a huge walk in closet upstairs that has extra linens, hair accessories, iron, steamer, way too many things to list. The dock is a great place to sit if you dont feel like going to the beach. Winn Dixie and CVS are across the street from the parking lot. The location adjacent to Gulf Boulevard makes it easy to explore the coastline north and south. It is a 5 minute drive to John's Pass. Great experience overall! The owner was so patient with all of my questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Lucky to find this place

First, the property is in a perfect location to take advantage of all Madeira Beach offers. Convenient to St. Pete and all the beaches along this part of the Gulf. The unit is immaculate and supplies everything you need for a comfortable vacation. I did note that both the inside and outside stairs were pretty steep, so if you have difficulty with stairs you might take that into consideration. The property manager communicated before and during the visit helping me with any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Great condo complex with easy access to Madeira Beach

Within short walking distance to Madeira Beach, restaurants, post office, Library, ROC Park, Dollar store and Winn Dixie grocery store, the gated Mad Beach Yacht Club is a convenient and clean place to stay on the water. Two pools and Clubhouse, clean and well maintained, though we didn’t have the opportunity to use either one (there on business). This unit was nice and clean and well stocked. Denise and Carrie made sure that we had starter coffee & filters, T/P & P/T, and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs living area was cute and modern. The upstairs bedroom area was a little dated, but very large and totally functional. Unit looks out on the bay with all the cool boats. Parking directly in front of building. Easy breezy in and out of complex. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks ladies, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and Peaceful

Denise is prompt with her communication leading up to rental and answering questions. She is polite and helpful made the experience even better. She was caring and prompt to check on me during the hurricane. The condo actually looks better than the pics. For the price you won’t find a better condo for this location. Located right on the water with a dock and the beach right across the street. The condo was clean and all appliances worked. Plenty of parking and friendly neighbors. I stayed here while on a work contract. And if I come back to Madeira I will most definitely call Denise again to rent this unit. All in all was a very pleasant experience. Danny
