We absolutely loved the condo and the location! Everything was like new and super clean. Very comfy beds and host was very attune to what a traveler would need for a beach vacation. The 2 pools were a plus and were never crowded and were clean! The park, library, and firehouse across the street were awesome and had plenty to do. The firefighters gave our grandkids firefighter hats-very cool! Don’t hesitate to rent this beauty if it is available!

The place itself is amazing. Very clean and very close to the beach amongst other things. The owners were very very kind to us and responded almost immediately with any question I had. Me and my family had an amazing time and will for sure be back. Very family friendly atmosphere with many things for children to do. GREAT PLACE.

Property itself was perfect. Condo had more than everything we needed and then some. From items to use for the beach and extra items that were in kitchen. More than likely to rent here again next time that we’re back. Thanks for everything OctoEscape. Only thing I regret is forgetting to purchase a tumbler.

The hosts were amazing with communication, always answered right away with any/all needs. Condo was very clean and overall nice inside. 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Wagon, coolers, towels, umbrellas and beach toys provided for use. Great park right across the road for basketball, tennis, pickleball, etc. We bought a football and basketball and we left in closet for future guests. The only "con", which isn't even that bad, is the bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms- each room has their own door though. All in all, absolutely recommend this place and hosts!

The best communication from a host ive ever had. The hospitality from, complimentary coffee/tea, to haveing paper towels, toilet paper, to shampoo and conditioner. This host knows what people need when traveling. The condo was super clean. They had beach chairs towles and umbrella. Few bicycles that was a great way to travel back and forth to the boardwalk. Was traveling from indiana down and was greeted with extra early check in. With no additional charge. Excellent host. Great palce to stay love the beach across the road.

We visited this condo with our 17-month-old toddler. We go to the beach several times a year and this was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. Traveling with kids is hard and this place made it so much easier and more relaxing.The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. We also loved that there’s a library and playground directly across the street, which was perfect for colder/windier days when we wanted something easy to do.The condo had great beach amenities: beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, and even a beach wagon were provided. Not having to pack all of that (or buy it once we arrived) made a huge difference.What truly set this condo apart, though, was how thoughtfully it was stocked for families with little ones. It had everything: high chair, pack ‘n play, sound machine, blackout tent, and kids dishes. The ability to travel without bringing bulky baby gear or worrying about renting items locally made our trip so much more enjoyable.The condo itself is gorgeous with all new furnishings, beautifully decorated, and clearly designed with comfort in mind. The furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Lastly, the hosts were wonderful. Great communication and they checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend, especially for families!
