A little hidden gem just a couple of minutes’ walk from the River Earn and the centre of the beautiful historic town of Crieff. Great as a couples’ getaway.. Ground Floor:

Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with garden furniture. Private parking for several cars. No smoking.. Full of character and charm, this south facing traditional one-bedroom cottage is set within its own walls and hedging. It is easy to find situated off the A822, with ample parking available in the large private parking area, garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy al fresco dining in those warmer months. Stepping inside the cottage via the conservatory, you are welcomed with an open plan living space tastefully decorated with a cosy electric ’log effect’ wood burner and a flatscreen TV to relax in front of after a long day exploring. The kitchen is well equipped with everything the chef of the family needs to cook a hearty home cooked meal, although if you don’t feel like cooking then there’s a pub only a 10-minute walk away. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a bath with an electric shower over. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom complete with a kingsize bed then an adjoining separate toilet.
Ivy Cottage is situated within walking distance of Crieff town centre and all its amenities. It is a great location for a Scottish holiday. Perth, Aberfeldy, Dunkeld and Pitlochry are all within easy reach by car. Edinburgh, Stirling, Glasgow, Dundee, and St Andrews are only about an hour away. There are castles, historic churches and gardens all close by, there is so much to see and do in the area you are spoilt for choice! Pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
