Villa Stipe

Villa Stipe is located between the city of Split and the city of Omiš in the small town of Suhi Potok Jesenice. It has 4 brand new apartments with a total capacity for 16 people. On the first floor of the house, there are two fully equipped apartments. They consist of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with an open view of the sea. On the top floor there are also two apartments. The first apartment has one room, a large living room, a balcony with an open view of the sea, a bathroom and a gallery where there is another room with a double bed and an additional balcony with a view of the mountain. Villa Stipe in Jesenice also offer nice swimming pool with open sea view and islands.

The second apartment also has one room, a living room from which a stairs leads to the gallery where there is a double bed. It also has a bathroom and a balcony with a open sea view. All apartments have air-conditioner, have internet and secured parking. The house is only 120 m from the sea as the straight line or a 6-minute walk to the pebble beach. The sandy beach is 3 km away. The distance from the city of Omiš is 6 km, and from the city of Split 17 km. The location offers complete peace in the evening without traffic noise and city crowd. There are several excellent restaurants in the area who prepares traditional Dalmatian dishes.
