Fresh and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic mountain and sea views, and private swimming pool! This beautiful property is new to the rental market and ready to welcome guests. The Morelia de Marbella urbanisation is located in the popular area of Nueva Andalucía, a short distance from a number of golf courses, restaurants, bars, and just 10 minutes drive from the beach.
The apartment offers guests 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, mountain views from the window, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is similar in size and also has mountain views. The room has 2 single beds, and has access to the second bathroom (also fitted with walk-in shower).
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy to cook and entertain. The kitchen looks over a dining area (seating for 4) and living room, furnished with a sofa and armchairs facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video etc). The room is bathed in natural light from the large floor to ceiling windows that provide access onto the property’s private terrace. The terrace wraps around the property from the east to the south, offering guests a spacious area to enjoy outside living. The terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining area, sun loungers, and private swimming pool! From the terrace guests have fantastic views of the iconic La Concha mountain, the valley below, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms and strong fibre optic WIFI throughout. Included in the rental is access to a private underground parking space below the property.

Nice clean apartment

I can't say anything bad about the apartment, only that the mattress on the sun loungers and the sofa were stained did not match the clean new condition of the apartment. Unfortunately there was no key for the garage when I arrived, but they were able to organize a replacement key after a few days. I would still rent the apartment again though.
