Villa Eze is a very private property with gorgeous open views to the Mediterranean Sea.
The property is located on the hillside above Eze-sur-mer village (which is the seaside village of Eze), and along the moyenne corniche close to Eze medieval village.
The main floor of the villa, which has the open plan living, dining area and kitchen, opens fully onto a very large terrace.
This terrace is exceptional. This large outdoor living space is a wonderful place to enjoy the views. There is a comfortable outdoor lounge area and dining area which can be shaded with 2 large awnings. There is also a sun bathing area overlooking the pool.
The entire terrace enjoys amazing views.
From this terrace, there are steps leading down to the pool area. The pool is approximately 10m x 4m and beautifully tiled. There are many sun loungers around the pool, on which to relax. There are also outdoor lounge areas close to the pool.
Villa Eze even enjoys its own putting green turf for golf enthusiasts or just beginners appreciating outdoor entertainment. This area is near the main outdoor terrace and overlooks the pool area.
The interior of the villa is beautifully designed with an open plan layout and spacious rooms. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard and enjoys amenities such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

It is approximately a 30 minute walk, or 3 minute drive, into Eze village and all its conveniences and entertainment.
There are many other amazing villages and towns nearby that are a must for a holiday stay. Villefranche sur Mer is one such incredible seaside village with restaurants, cafes and beautiful beaches.
The larger towns of Monaco and Nice are just a 20 to 25 minute drive from the villa and also offer many choices in restaurants, entertainment as well as cultural events such as music and sports venues.
The beauty of this part of the Cote d’Azur is incredible and Villa Eze is not only well located in this area but also enjoys this beauty from the privacy of its garden and pool area.
