To the rear of the property are floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and breathtaking views for you to enjoy.

Overton Island is a new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and wider estate that are undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.
