Just 5 minutes from the historic centre, this 90-meter attic apartment is ideal for families. The apartment is on the third floor without an lift and features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The living room is spacious and furnished in a modern style with two sofas—one of which converts into a bed—and an additional bed is available. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. Amenities include air conditioning and a Mitsubishi heat pump system that can be turned on and off remotely. We also have a special arrangement with Michelin-starred chef Simone Mancini for dinner. The chef’s restaurant is located at Via Cairoli 24, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
As part of our house rules, please note that the kitchen must be left clean, with special attention paid to the hob and defrosting the refrigerator. If it is left dirty, you will be charged €40.00 for kitchen cleaning. Additionally, the listed rate does not include the tourist tax (€1 per day for up to three nights) or linen rental (€13.00 per person).
