Much larger than we expected and so convenient to walk downtown. Kari was more than accommodating for us. We had a last minute challenge and she helped us manage it perfectly! We appreciate the coffee bar, spices, and extras that many places dont have. We felt like home. We come every year and hope it we can stay here again.
Great location. An older home with quirky character which my wife & I like. Who wants to stay in a Motel 6 ??? Very spacious, 3 large rooms plus bath. Nice kitchen with Keurig coffee maker !! Will stay there again.
Fantastic experience. The location was super convenient to the water and shops. The hosts were very personable and helpful. Would definitely book again.
We came from munger for st Clair's homecoming the house was in the middle of ever place we needed to take my daughter. We will definitely be booking again
Great location – steps away from St Clair river, restaurants, parks. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Parking located directly in front of unit. The host was extremely responsive to any questions.
We were in Marine City to attend a play at the Riverbank Theater. This apartment was 2 blocks away!
Not only was the location perfect for us, but the house was in great shape and very cozy.
We would stay there again.
My 10 year old son and I loved the little condo and walked to the beach and into town several times a day. We enjoyed the comfy bed, all the creature comforts in the kitchen and bathroom, and that the place is spacious and equipped. We loved it so much we are coming back again and booked our next little mom & son vacation in a few months. Thanks for everything!
Our stay was very pleasant We were totally surprised at the size we even had guest over and they were totally surprised about the comfort of the couch. I have absolutely no complaints.. There was one problem with the refrigerator, but it was actually no problem because they took care of it immediately. Yes I would really this property.
My 10 year old and I returned for our second stay this summer at this adorable place. We truly enjoy this cozy rental, the wonderful beach, and all the charm of Marine City; it was a great Labor Day weekend getaway together. We will back again next summer! Thank you to the owners for providing such a darling space.

Thank you!
Mostly great. Missing things like extra plates, salad bowl, blender, coffee pot (im not a fan of all the plastic waste with single use pods) and an extra blanket or two. Proximity to water and downtown was great. Nice touches with the cologne and the bedroom was very quiet for sleeping. I was there to see my grand kids. Mission accomplished!

Our stay at this proy
We froze in this house. The bed was terrible, no washcloths, nasty black something around the base of the shower. Not the curb appeal the picture shows.

I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We have had a lot of positive reviews on how comfy the bed is. As you requested, the thermostat was turned up above 71. Also, there are lots of extra washcloths in the bedroom armoire. Lastly, it is winter, so there isn’t much “curb appeal” at this time of year because it is winter. Thank you for your stay and Happy Holidays!

Roomy apartment in an interesting location.
We greatly enjoyed using Marine City as our base - loved walking to some good eating spots and we never tired of observing the many passing ships on the river.
The apartment is roomy but perhaps would be more appealing if it was "finished", ie holes in walls where fittings have been removed should be patched, etc.
Kari and Brad shared some helpful local tips with us and a toaster when we requested it.
Would have loved to have been prewarned that Brad worked on his cars directly outside and moving the garbage bins to a different spot would make it more attractive.
Good luck and happy travels Kari and Brad.
My cousin and I came to Marine City for a long weekend fishing trip. This condo is part of a large, older home that has been sectioned off into a couple of condos. It has it’s own entrance and is completely private. The condo is large with three main living areas: bedroom, family room and kitchen. It was clean, furnished nicely and the amenities were of better quality than most other VRBOs where I have stayed. There was room to park our car and boat trailer on the street in front of the condo. The location is fantastic, only one block away from the main thoroughfare where all the shops and restaurants are located and adjacent to the St Clair River. The only thing that detracted from the condo is that there are two or three vehicles parked in the driveway that appear to be in disrepair. However, this was not a big deal to us and hopefully it is a temporary situation. Overall, this condo was a great value and we would stay there again!
