About this property

The Old Pirate's Lookout

Welcome to our home, Your Family/Friends will be close to everything when you stay at our beautiful and authentic high street Townhouse. On the high street itself you are close and immersed into the heart of Falmouth, Boasting stunning sea views overlooking the harbour you can fully embrace the Cornish lifestyle from the comfort of your own space. Short walking distance from an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. You are perfectly located to enjoy Falmouth and all it offers!
The space
The entrance is located on the high street itself, after which you enter a stairway taking you to the front door (left at the top of the stairs).

Entering the property you are greeted by a tall lobby with a spiral staircase taking you up to the second floor.

The kitchen is located on the left as you enter, which offers a rustic and characterful surrounding as well as equipped with everything we can think you would need.

The lounge is located on the right as you enter the property which boasts spectacular views of the harbour and sea providing a tranquil space to relax and watch the world go.

Upstairs you will find a bathroom located at the top of the staircase offering essentials.

To your left and right from the top of the stairs are the two bedrooms. The master on your right and the second on your left. The second offering phenomenal views of the harbour and the master with views of the high street.
Guest access
Parking is free along Dunstanville, Stratton and tehidy terrace and many side roads near to the property (within a 5 minute walk) are suitable places to park, this is available 24/7 and is all free. However, we also recommend long stay parking at Town quarry car park for ease costing £8 per 24 hour period this is approximately a 5 minute walk from the property. The car park is safe and has a very good reputation for security. As well as this there are a number of paid car parks around Falmouth if you prefer elsewhere or know the area.
Other things to note
A two minute walk from the property is Falmouth pier where you can book tours, excursions and trips to neighbouring towns, all of which is very affordable and runs throughout the day. Bus services are abundant in Falmouth for travel around Falmouth itself or the entirety of Cornwall as well as the train station for easy access in and out of Falmouth.
