With all accommodation on the ground floor, the property is light and airy throughout, benefitting from large windows, some of which offer pretty views across the quiet local railway line to Beeston Hill. There is a basic but serviceable kitchen, a comfortable living room, a recently improved contemporary shower room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one that has been arranged as a twin room.
The real draw here though, is the location. You can park up at the property and be in the bustling town centre, complete with artisan shops, cafés, inns and restaurants within minutes, and you are a similar distance from the lovely, wide beach too.
Sheringham is a highly sought-after market town, and you may be tempted to park up and enjoy your week on foot, but should you wish to venture a little further you will be delighted to find yourself close to a mainline train station which will take you to nearby Cromer, the heart of the Norfolk Broads and into Norwich too. There is also a Coast Hopper bus which will take you East or West along the coastline, although drivers may well enjoy winding their way through the lovely coastal villages with their abundance of coastal habitats and huge variety of places to eat.
Add in Amazonia Zoo, The Thursford and Muckleburgh Collections, North Norfolk Heritage Railway (which is almost on your doorstep), Sheringham Park, The Felbrigg Estate, RSPB Cley Marshes, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Blickling Hall and gardens and you’ll soon see why so many people fall in love with this part of Norfolk.
