Also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Why not jump on board and travel to the delightful seaside village of Weybourne or visit the Georgian market town of Holt? Sheringham is host to many events and food festivals throughout the year and foodies will love the freshness and mixture of the Farmers Markets. Popular local events include Carnival Week held during early August, when you can enjoy all the fun of the fair and the 1940s celebration weekend held in mid-September.
For the brave is the New Year’s Day sea swim, when you can participate in a bracing swim or paddle, to celebrate the brand New Year.
