The kitchen is both functional and full of character, with warm green cabinetry and all the essentials you need for light meal prep. It includes a fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and even a washing machine for added convenience. Basic cooking utensils and ingredients are provided.

- Access to the apartment is pedestrian-only—no vehicle drop-off at the door.
- The apartment sits on an upper floor, reachable only by steep, narrow stairs, the building does not have an elevator.
- Guests must complete a government-required ID form before arrival.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
- A 100euros security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection.
- A Late check-in fee is required to all the check-ins from 21:00 onwards have a late check-in fee applied in the amount of 25euros
