Very nice apartment in a great location

Excellent location. Close to interesting areas and trolleys to access the rest of the city. Only concern was sewer smell in the apartment one day when we came back, but the smell went away after we had a shower. Would recommend this accommodation. Some parking around the neighbourhood, but not reliably at the aprtment itself.

Perfect accomodations for a beautiful city!

I can't say enough about this beautiful apartment! It is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The automatic shades over the windows were the crowning touch allowing out of country travelers to sleep better. Everything you need is provided and housekeeping coming to change the linens during our stay was a nice touch. We highly recommend this apartment. It is easy to get to a bus or trolley for transporation also. Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Beyond Expectations

From the description on the VRBO web site, to the staff of Lisbon Collections this was a First Class Experience. The apartment was as described and incredible clean. The location was typical Lisbon street and easy walk to be immersed in a neighborhood square with everything you would need night and day. My wife loved the place and is rarely comfortable in hotels. Lisbon was a wonderful experience and you were a big part of it. Thank you Dan Saxby USA Visitor

This is an amazingly well-equipped property and generally in superb condition. It is spacious and lacks for nothing. The district of Graca is a short walk up the hill and has excellent facilities and good prices for groceries, drinking and dining. There were however some downsides. The bedroom faces the street and although the road is not busy, the traffic is noisy. It wasn't too bad after 11.00 and before 7.00 but earplugs are advised. There are apartments above and below No 1 that weren't occupied but if they were, there would have been extra noise. The shower head was poor and needs changing.

The apartment is located in an interesting and well-connected neighborhood. At first, we were a bit concerned about the buses passing on the street, but thanks to the mechanical shutters on the windows, the nights were very quiet and we slept very well.We really appreciated the two air conditioners, including one dedicated to the bedroom, as well as the size and layout of the apartment. It’s very spacious, well equipped, and offers plenty of storage.When we arrived, there was a sewage smell typical of Lisbon in the apartment (we were told it’s related to the rising tide). We reached out to our host, who responded quickly to help reduce the odor, and we had a very pleasant stay after that.Thank you again for the warm welcome, helpful tips, and responsiveness.

Perfectly situated!

My son and I stayed here and it was perfect! 12 minute walk to the castle, 15 minute walk to the main tourist section of downtown Lisbon and all commuter and metro stops! We were able to catch the trains to Belem and they were fast, clean and cheap. The apartment has it all! Fantastic air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a washer and very comfortable beds. There is plenty of space! They even provide a phone for local use around town! The kitchen is large and there is ample seating if dining in. One block up the hill towards downtown, there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and small markets. When we arrived in Lisbon, there was some chaos due to the taxis being on strike and Alexandra had a lot on her hands trying to check us, and other a guests at other apartments, in but she was very accommodating and flexible. Would stay here again.

Superbe appartement pour découvrir Lisbonne de l'intérieur

Appartement très bien rénové, avec un équipement au top. Le quartier de Graça reste populaire, authentique, et permet de savourer cette ville superbe. Bonne communication avec l'agence. Marta nous a accueillis gentiment, malgré notre retard. Les prix de la location sont élevés mais justifiés.

Lisbonne comme à la maison

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable : literie neuve, cuisine parfaitement équipée mobilier et décoration soignés. L'appartement est situé dans une petite rue peu passante, tout en étant à proximité des commerces.

Un superbe pied à terre en plein cœur de Lisbonne !

Partis en couple pour une semaine à Lisbonne, nous ne nous attendions pas à un tel appartement. Situé en plein cœur de la ville, à 5 minutes à pied de la place du commerce, ce petit appartement comprenant tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un beau séjour a su pleinement répondre à nos attentes. Nous avons été accueillis par Daniel, un des responsables de l'agence, qui parlait Francais et qui nous a tout de suite bien présenté les lieux. Le wifi est nickel, l'appartement tout à fait adapté pour un couple. Seul bémol : certaines lattes du lit étaient cassées ce qui nous a valu quelques surprises pendant notre sommeil. Néanmoins, je ne doute pas que ce problème sera vite corrigé. En somme, nous recommandons cette location à tout couple souhaitant une pleine immersion dans la ville (le quartier est très sympa).
