Good location, walking distance to most sights and must sees. Hosts were absolutely fantastic communicators and ready to answer any questions asap. Also provided us with very helpful check-in instructions.
Excellent location. Walkable to everything you may want to see. Private, clean and parking included. Was a great way to start our trip.

Location was great. 20-25 minute walk to main attractions in town. High price considering there is only one bathroom. Could be updated as well for the price. Confusing directions to get to lockbox to open gate and apt.
We stayed as a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers) two parents in their 70’s and one aunt. The apartment was just big enough for us. The one bathroom created a little bit of a bottleneck but we managed it. The location was west and north of the tourist-y areas, with some street noises but it wasn’t bad. It was a 20-30 minute walk most mornings to get to the activities we had planned but we liked it! Easy communication with the hosts, (who also left some goodies in the cupboards for us)!
Checkin went ok we showed up a little early and the room wasn’t quite ready but that is our fault. Room wasn’t as nice as we thought it would be. But was close to the stuff we wanted to see for a fair price. Mostly it was our first time in Dublin and didn’t know what to expect. We were safe and slept good for being in town. We are used to the country
It worked well. Finding it was tricky but manager sent a video which was extremely helpful. My only complaint is it said there was both a washer and a dryer and it was only a washer.
Enjoyed the neighborhood and being in a central location for our time in Dublin. Communication with the hosts was detailed and helpful for check-in and answering questions that we had.
The property itself was fine. It wasn't as shiny and in good as shape as the pictures showed, but sheets/towels were fresh/clean and had the space that we required. The love seat arm rest in the living room was broken upon arrival and overall could use some cleaning up/painting and sprucing up to again match the pictures.
That said, a decent place to stay for a couple of days in a neat location and communication along the way was great.
