About the host
Hosted by Liam Travers
I come from a family background in the hospitality industry. Having lived in New York for a number of years, I returned in 1990 and purchased this property in Dublin City. I have recently returned to the hospitality industry and ensuring my guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in my apartment is a priority for me. I am available 24/7 should the need arise. Assuring you of my personal attention.I
Why they chose this property
I chose this location for the proximity to the city centre and of course the beautiful Victorian Redbrick lined North Circular Road. These properties are a feature of Dublin and are preserved by Dublin Council. The fact that the Phoenix Park and the Botanic gardens are within walking distances is an absolute plus, providing plenty of recreational activity.
What makes this property unique
There are a number of benefits to staying in this property. Located close to the heart of the city of Dublin there is an excellant transport system by bus and light rail that means all of the sights can be visited with the minimum of fuss. The building itself is a beautiful Victorian property that has unique charm while offering all the modern comforts that a guest could expect.
The location is ideal as it is quiet while being convenient to all shopping, sights, transport, museums etc. that makes a holiday. Located beside the Phoenix park which is Europe's largest urban park the traveller can have a taste of the country while still remaining in the city.
There truly is something for everyone.
