This 65m2 modern and tastefully decorated apartment is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the Dublin Writers Museum, the Hugh Lane Gallery, and the historic General Post Office (GPO) .

This apartment features an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows via multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedrooms both have UK king beds dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest LUAS station, Dominick (Green Line), is just a 2-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
