Welcome to my cozy apartment in Alassio, with private parking in the garage. Modern and bright, it features a double bedroom with an additional single bed (if needed), a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washer-dryer. It is located near the Alassio train station, with soundproof windows. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the Alassio promenade, and the city center.


The apartment features:

Suite: spacious with a comfortable double bed and the option to add a single bed for extra guests, in addition to a large wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

Living Area: equipped with Wi-Fi connection, a fully equipped kitchen, an extendable dining table, a smart TV with Netflix access for your digital entertainment, and a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space, making the apartment suitable for a total of 5 people.

Bathroom Area: equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and a convenient washer-dryer, ideal for fulfilling your laundry needs.

Outdoor Area: There is also a large balcony available, with a small table and a rocking lounge chair for relaxation and sunbathing.

Private Parking Space: Finally, the apartment is one of the few in Alassio that offers a private parking space with a garage, ensuring convenient parking throughout your stay.


Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay and will be able to freely use all the amenities and appliances available.


The check-in phase will be carried out autonomously through a self-check-in system. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the apartment and complete the registration of your ID card or passport (which must be done within 12 hours from the check-in time, as required by Italian law). Similarly, at the time of check-out, you can independently leave the apartment.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

Fresh bed sheets, towels for each guest, and basic hygiene products will be provided along with a welcome kit.

The apartment is equipped with soundproofed windows to guarantee a quiet and relaxing environment.
