My husband Yan and I were both born in Paris, where we spent our childhood and formative years. We have three children, all of whom live abroad.

We moved to Beaune in 1985 for business reasons and have never regretted our decision, as this town is such a delightful place to live, with so much going on all year round. We try to live life to the full, enjoying good food and good wine along the way and should the opportunity arise, share a little of this with our guests.
