Casa Masina consists of a large sea-view living room with two terraces and a garden area equipped with a barbecue—perfect for dining outdoors surrounded by nature.

You'll find two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers and bidets, and a fully equipped kitchen with views of both the garden and the sea. Air conditioning is available in the living area and the bedrooms.

The house is also equipped to welcome little ones (including a small pool!), with free private parking and a poem in every room!

The house is located just 500 meters from the quietest part of Poetto beach and 18 km from Cagliari Airport, easily reachable via a fast road.

TOURIST TAX: Upon arrival, a cash payment of €1 per night per guest is required. The tax applies to non-residents aged between 14 and 70, and only for the first 5 nights of the stay, and is in effect from March 1st to October 31st.

Casa con Vista

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in 4 e devo dire che la casa è molto grande con grandissime vetrate e una bella vista mare ! Ci ha accolto Anna , persona molto gentile e disponibile , no. Ci è mancato veramente nulla ! Se posso dare un consiglio ai proprietari , cambierei il letto ad una piazza e mezzo con uno matrimoniale ! Grazie di tutto
