Ein großartiger Ort

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung mit dem wirklich atemberaubenden Ausblick sehr genossen. Einen besonderen Dank an Aida, einer sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Dame, die den Check-In und den Check-Out vornimmt. Außer dem atemberaubenden Ausblick ist noch das gepflegte Ă€ußere des Hauses zu erwĂ€hnen, wie auch der großzĂŒgige private Parkplatz mit abschließbarem Tor. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man fĂŒr einen ein- oder mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt. RĂŒckfragen bei der EigentĂŒmerin Frau Boury wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Einzig die Holzliegen wĂŒrden wir uns gegen neuere und bequemere wĂŒnschen. Vielen Dank Thomas und Helga

Super Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer, Meerzugang sehr erschwert.

Da der Badestrand ca. 20 Mi. ,zu Fuss weg ist, eignet sich diese Wohnung eher nicht fĂŒr Familien. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage und kann im Hochsommer sehr warm sein. Sonst aber eine super tolle Lage zum Faulenzen und Lesen und aufs Meer rausgucken.

Cote d'Azur-Luxus on the rocks

Renovierte herrschaftliche Villa aus den 1920ern mit unvergleichlichem Meerblick und gepflegtem Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Die riesige Pinie bietet spannt sich wie ein Sonnenschirm aus, der am SpĂ€tnachmittag Schatten bietet und AtmosphĂ€re schafft. DIe Vermieterin, Mme Boury, kĂŒmmert sich offenbar sehr: Es fehlt wirklich an fast nichts, von Mixstab, KĂŒchenmaschine, Toaster, 3.großer (Induktions-)Herdplatte bis hin zu Schere, Teelichtern, Feuerzeug, Tesafilm...all die Kleinigkeiten, an die man beim Packen mal wieder nicht gedacht hat, sind da. Großer KĂŒhlschrank mit mind. 40-l-Gefrierfach, Induktionskochfeld 2-flammig (Achtung bei selbst mitgebrachtem Kochgeschirr!), sehr viel unterschiedliches Geschirr und GlĂ€ser aller Art und GrĂ¶ĂŸe vorhanden. Leider gibt es den schönen Mosaiktisch auf der Terrasse nicht mehr - er wurde durch einen grauen Kunststofftisch ersetzt, dessen Platte sich schon im "Leerlauf" leicht durchbiegt. Cavalaire ist eine AnhĂ€ufung von gesichtslosen Appartement- und WohnhĂ€usern im Stil der 60er und 70er Jahre, nett angelegt, aber ohne historisch gewachsenen Kern. FĂŒr eine "Bettenburg" noch ganz akzeptabel, aber eben rein auf Tourismus ausgerichtet. Zum Einkaufen besser das Auto benutzen - der Ortskern ist 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt und liegt 50m tiefer. Ein stets voller Carrefour-Supermarkt ist 2 Autominuten entfernt, Markt jeden Mittwoch, bester BĂ€cker: Bruno. Einzig die Bademöglichkeit lĂ€sst WĂŒnsche offen: Ein ĂŒberwiegend ungesicherter, schmaler Weg am kakteenbewachsenen(Feigen!) Steilhang fĂŒhrt ĂŒber gut 50 Höhenmeter zu groben Felsrippen, ĂŒber die man sich die letzten 10-15 Meter zu der gezeigten kleinen Natursteinterrasse als trittfest beweisen muss. Dann noch einige Meter weiter bis zur Edelstahlleiter, von der man durch eine etwa 1,5m breite LĂŒcke zwischen zwei z.T. scharfkantigen Felsen in die Bucht schwimmen kann/muss. Bei Wind und Wellengang mit Brandung ein anspruchsvolles bis gefĂ€hrliches Unterfangen. Feste Schuhe fĂŒr den Weg und ebensolche Badeschuhe sind dringend empfohlen. Die sagenhafte Aussicht hat also auch kleine Nachteile, die man aber gern in Kauf nimmt.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour les amateurs de vue magnifique et dégagée sur la mer. Au niveau équipement, tout y est ! Le centre de Cavalaire est tout proche en voiture voire à pieds mais attention belle montée au retour !

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

Sehr netter Kontakt mit hilfsbereitem Vermieter, tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unglaublicher Ausblick auf die CĂŽte d’Azur, toll, dass man den Meerzugang nahezu alleine benutzen kann, kurzer Gehweg zu den GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer stilvollen Villa in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die netten hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Herausragend ist die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Iles d'Hyeres. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was ĂŒblicherweise benötigt wird. Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage dort verbracht und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Aussicht macht’s!

Die breite Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch! Leider war es in dieser Woche sehr windig, sodass wir nicht all zu oft draußen sitzen konnten. Im Appartement gab es alles, was man brauchte. Lediglich die QualitĂ€t des Bettes (mit Aussicht) machte und zu schaffen.
