Villa Deliziosa is located over a hill in the enchanting valley of the Colli Maceratesi, yet it is just 2Km away from the beach. The buildigns dates back to the 19thcentury and was restructured by the current owers. The estate is made of two separated buildings. The main house features a wide living area with satellite flat screen Tv, a spacious indoor poorch with huge arch-shaped windows and a kitchen, featuring country-style details, that opnes onto the dining room providing the space with a cozy and warm atmosphere

In the second building, contiguous at the main house, there are a spacious, country-style dining room with a fireplace, a wood hoven and a table that can fit up to 12 people. The dependance also features a big laundry room with washing machine and dryer that will make the guests’stay even more comfortable. Villa Deliziosa is the ideal location for those who want to experience a care free holiday in absolute relaxation. The villa is easily connected by paved roads to the main food and wine areas and cultural locations of Le Marche. Picture yourself while you spend your days looking at stunning landscapes, tasting delicious food and taking daytrips to world heritage sites.

A cash deposit of €500 will be required.
Additionally, for final cleaning, energy consumption, bed and bath linen and concierge service for stays of one week € 400, for stays of two weeks € 700 and for stays of three weeks € 900 are charged.

Paradise on earth

We where absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty and the soul of this place. It was practical, beautiful, stylish, confortable, Very very well equiped. It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. The welcoming when check in was easy and kind, efficient, just wonderful. Moreno was like un angel that do a lot of things for you but you hardly notice him around. This is a more than a perfect place to have fun, enjoy a vacation with your family or freinds, this is just a paradise. The beauty of the place is breathtaking. After some hour in the place we decided to come back, hopefully rather soon. We have been hiring big summerHouses with my family since 2011, in USA, France, Spain, and in Toscana everyone of the houses were wonderful but this one is maybe the best. The staff when booking were efficient, service minded and kind. We highly recommend this place and wish that everyone who comes to this property cherish, respect and take care of this place. This is only for people with empathy and love. I spoke twice with the owner, a very sympathetic person very accessible and really kind. What can I say, we are in love with this place! Take care we will be back. ❤️❤️

La villa si presenta come dalle foto, è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. A pochi minuti di macchina dai centri più rinomati della riviera del Conero. Servizi eccellenti, non manca nulla. Perfetta per vacanze con amici.

Eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelege Villa mit einem traumhaften Garten mit Pool und Panoramablick auf das nah gelegene Meer. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig. Die ganze Anlage bietet viel Privatsphäre. Der Sandstrand ist wenige Autominuten entfernt. Ich habe eine tolle Zeit mit meiner Familie (2 Erw. + 3 Kinder) dort verbracht und komme gerne wieder!
