SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and we were amazed by how lovely the area is!! (reachable within a short 3-5 minutes drive). Worth the drive. The Villa was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Strongly recommended. We will definitely go back there :)

We are so happy that we spent our well-deserved holiday here!! The Villa is amazing, spacious, clean, and very modern. The pool is large and very well-maintained, and the sea view is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed sunbathing around the pool a lot. It was our first time with this agency but we will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Just came back from 11 nights at Villa Erato and had a great stay.Everything you want is provided at this villa from large kitchen to diner area. Bedrooms are a good size and all have ensuite ..the villa is really good but the views from outside are amazing..pool was lovely and warm and pergola was great for cooling off Had a great experience from booking to arriving and all the information was provided without hassle ..there are 3 bars/restaurants a short drive away off which we visited just 1 as loved the evenings just relaxing at the villa Had a great time

Thank you. We really enjoy the sea views and sunsets from the terrace and pool. This was our 4 holiday in Cyprus, but the best one! Agia Marina and the places around it are so lovely to explore. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful. Strongly recommended!!

Best villa location we have been to, fantastic holiday thank you. Fantastic holiday. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Toller Garten und Pool. Lage ideal, allerdings Auto notwendig. Urige Tavernen und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Werden wir gerne weiter empfehlen
