The flat is part of a small house divided into two flats with separate entrances. It is situated on a finca shared with another house of about 600m². It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and is only a 10 min walk to the beach. The situation is very quiet with no traffic noise. This particular flat is the front one shown in the photo. The finca has parking space for one car per flat. From the house you can walk straight down a path to the beach of Lariño. Towards the north you can also go down to less known wild coves.
The flat is very well kept and the cleanliness is impeccable.
