Brand new apartment in the vibrant heart of Desenzano, right in the street with the best shops and a stone\'s throw from everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday, both in the name of culture, lake life and nightlife.



The lake can be reached on foot, the train station too, the ferry dock is just a few steps away. It is therefore possible to move around without the need for a car, in total independence.



Our small but comfortable apartment consists of a living room with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen; the sofa bed is comfortable for two people. The two windows directly overlook the central street, always lively and busy. Don\'t be afraid of the noise, thanks to the air conditioning you can isolate yourself and relax in complete tranquility.

There is also a spacious bedroom, overlooking the alley, and an equipped bathroom.



We have air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, washer dryer, hairdryer, television, microwave, kettle, etc. etc.



The apartment is located in a small building with an ancient feel, equipped with a lift.

It is possible to access the apartment by car for loading and unloading in two convenient time slots, then you can park about 10 minutes away on foot in the free car park.



Access to the apartment will be guaranteed at all times thanks to a convenient numeric keypad where you can retrieve the keys. However, we will always be available for any need.
