About this property
MY QUIET PLACE - cozy apartment with terrace + garage
Our spacious apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Desenzano, convenient to the center but very quiet. It is ideal for both summer and winter family holidays, for business trips whether short or for a few weeks.
It is composed of a living room with air conditioning, separate kitchen, a large covered terrace that can be used in all seasons.
We then have a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub. A nice garage for one car.
We have a living room with a large dining table and a sofa bed, an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator and all kitchen utensils and small appliances.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are singles and one double. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bathtub.
The air conditioning is only in the living room, but the other rooms are cooler. We provide fans for the bedrooms.
Wifi is free and unlimited.
From our apartment you can reach the center on foot in about 5 minutes, and so can the lake. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. There is an excellent takeaway pizzeria right outside the house.
There is convenient free parking nearby for additional cars of our guests.
A damage deposit of €300 will be required via credit card (pre-approval ONLY, no charge).
