This cottage with outdoor hot tub is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, right next to the lake, with a fantastic panoramic view of the lake and the waters of the Limfjord. The view is truly unique. Enjoy the day/evening on the terrace and feel the peace and quiet in this cottage, where cranes, ducks and deer can be seen right outside the house. The cottage sleeps four people in two double beds. Hot tub overlooking the water. The kitchen was renovated in 2023 with a dishwasher and there is a TV with Apple TV in the living room. The wood-burning stove creates coziness and lovely warmth. There is also a heat pump in the living room. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Shelter in the garden (space for 4 people), electric charging station for electric cars. There is an outdoor shower with hot water. There is a charcoal/gas grill on the terrace. Please note that the outdoor spa is open in the period 1.4. tom. week 42 Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
