Bad start but great weekend

We arrived early but found the accommodation with a number of issues around cleanliness. To add to this it was difficult to get in contact with Jamie. So why would I give it an excellent rating? Jan and Jamie organised a cleaning team, that included themselves and within an hour the accommodation was spotless. It's a brilliant house, great location and good facilities. We loved it. I guess there are difficulties sometimes but the way in which Jan and Jamie sorted the problem was impressive. Thank you.
