Luxurious 2.5 Bedroom Paradise at the Wailea Beach Villas


Our home is a spacious 1980 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath Wailea Beach Villa with a den that functions as a third bedroom. Located directly above the upper pool with a spectacular garden and pool view, this luxurious unit offers a generous slice of ocean view as well. Furnished in elegant Island Style, the feeling is serene and sophisticated. The tropical motif is accentuated with a touch of Asia. Mornings can be spent on your private lanai, watching the many dive boats arrive at Molokini in the distance. The adult pool is located right next to the beach - the family pool is near our unit. Our unit is approx. 800 feet from the beach, down the path past ponds and waterfalls - or, ask the concierge for a ride in the golf cart.

Wailea Beach Villas set a new standard of luxury in Wailea. This beachfront property boasts 11 acres of beautifully landscaped private grounds, nestled between Wailea Beach, the Grand Wailea and the Shops of Wailea. It is a short, tiki-lit stroll to Tommy Bahama's, The Shops, or one of the many fine restaurants at the Grand Wailea Resort. Private and secluded, yet close to everything Wailea, this exclusive gated enclave makes for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Other amenities at the Wailea Beach Villas include an adult beachfront pool, a family pool, two hot tubs, extensive waterfall gardens, a complete gym, pool table, and complete concierge services. Fresh towels are always available at the pool and the friendly staff will set up beach umbrellas and lounges on Wailea Beach.

Sports fans and media fans will appreciate the 65 inch flat-screen in the great room as well as large TVs in both bedrooms. We offer a complete gourmet kitchen and gas barbecue on your own lanai. Luxury outings are much more affordable when you can serve breakfast and lunch on the beautiful lanai and save money for dinners at any of the wonderful restaurants nearby. Private chef and shopping service is available on request.

K107 has a generously sized master suite with sumptuous king bed and large flat-screen TV, a soaking tub in the spacious en-suite bath, and a walk-in closet with safe. The second bedroom offers twin beds that can be combined into a king on request, large TV and second bath. The bed and bath can be sectioned off into a private suite. The den has a queen-sized sofa bed (yes, a comfortable bed!) and can be closed off for privacy. Be sure to let us know if you will be using it and we will have it set up for you prior to arrival. All beds have luxury linens. Other features include satellite cable (with Hulu Disney+, Netflix, Prime and more) wireless broadband internet, and a stocked laundry room in the unit.

A fully stocked kitchen with two Sub-Zero refrigerators makes cooking (or just snacking) a breeze. You have the ability to make coffee with a regular drip coffee maker, a Keurig-style single coffee maker as well as an espresso pod machine. It's also useful to have an air-fryer in addition to the full size oven, microwave and range. We provide coffee, teas, sweeteners and starter amounts of Nespresso and Keurig pods.

Property is watched 24 hours with our private security guards. CCTV monitors are placed around the exterior, including pools and hot tub, and are monitored 24/7 from within our entry guard shack.

A personal concierge is available for assistance with golf tee-times, dining reservations, child care, private boat charters, jet charters, sailing, snorkeling or scuba dive excursions, swimming or surfing lessons, tours and sightseeing, exclusive helicopter tours, in-villa massage and spa pampering, family portrait photographs and a multitude of other specialties.

Great Vacation!

Amazing place! We've stayed at so many of the resorts in Wailea, and just enjoy the freedom, space, and amenities at Wailea Beach Villas. The Beach/lounge chair service is fantastic, as is the concierge in arranging snorkel gear, reservations, etc. Great stay...our go to in Maui.

Love the Beach Villa property

Beautiful place with gardens and pools and access to a beautiful beach ! They maintain the property and landscape with such great care. Next time we are in Maui will definitely stay at the Beach Villas

Beautiful property

The condo was lovely and well furnished! We had two refrigerators which was very nice as well as a lot of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and many dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had multiple sets of towels too. The owner’s assistant, Elis, was very responsive to our questions and requests. The 800 foot walk to the beach appeared to be much longer and its was all downhill. I did have the front desk give us a ride to the adult pool and beach on a few occasions. All the people at front desk were very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. A very nice place!

Absolutely Stunning!

This property was absolutely stunning! From the views to the amenities, everything was covered! The property had a fully equipped kitchen along with a gas grill that made grilling out a few evenings a breeze. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms were stocked with extra towels and toiletries. The cable was great, but the wi-fi could have been faster... there were several times we had difficulty connecting from certain points around the condo (such as the bedrooms) that were a bit frustrating, but this would be a simple fix just by buying a router rather than using the cable modem. With that being said, the views from the balcony made everything better as the property overlooks the pool followed by the ocean in the background. Overall this was an exceptional stay for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely grand!

My husband and I honeymooned in Maui 25 years ago and returned with our 3 college aged children to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay at the Wailea Beach Villas was absolutely grand and perfect for our family of five. The beautiful gourmet kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill on the lanai was nice for the nights we opted to stay in. The location of the villa is great. It is just a short , beautifully landscaped walk to the beach (down three flights of stairs) which also leads to the lovely adult pool by the ocean. A work out room, family pool and whirlpool are located directly below the unit. A business center with two computers and a printer as well as a pool table are located on the same level as the villa. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff at WBV were especially helpful from the front desk to the beach attendants. (Complimentary beach chair and umbrella set-up along with towels, fresh lemon water, and suntan lotion was always available.) The concierge was extremely helpful. His recommendations were always "spot on." (We especially enjoyed our outrigger/snorkeling adventure, the live entertainment dinner show and the luau) Our thanks to the owners who were so helpful prior to our stay. MAHALO NUI LOA!!!

Best Family Vacation Ever

I am hesitant to write this review as I fear this property will become so booked up I will never get the chance to stay again. In my option, while the photos are beautiful, they don't do this place justice. You can't get a feel for the open, large rooms which my family of 6 needs, and very much appreciates. Each of us could spread out and relax when we needed to, instead of being on top of each other in a hotel room. I was really worried about not being able to use the Grand Wailea pool, but honestly, that turned out to be one of my favorite parts. We never had a problem securing a poolside chair near the pool. I could sit in the chair and keep an eye on my children at all times, which was very relaxing. Also, my kids loved having the pool to themselves. The older girls were more into the beach, and the younger girls were more into the pool. The distance between the two was perfect to wander back and forth all day. The only drawback with this rental, is that we were quickly spoiled by the beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn't want to leave Wailea. Such a safe, beautiful place. Can't wait to return. Great location and communications

Wailea beach villas were amazing and the service was top notch. We appreciated the unit being close to the shops and parking. Great communications and check in/out process was a breeze. Murphy bed worked out great. Plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee makers, and basic supplies.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for a week this month and it exceeded our expectations! We loved having the privacy of having our own place, but still having the benefits of staying at a resort. The staff of the resort was very friendly and always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The property owner and their assistant were very responsive and friendly as well. The property was very clean and in a great area. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

The perfect oasis

The unit was perfect for our family of 4! Clean, comfortable (the beds are fantastic) and everything you need and more from cooking to a day at the beach. Appreciated the beach bags. You cannot go wrong with the location and the amenities of the resort. August was quiet relative to other times of year and we found it a relaxing and sunny visit. Our host was kind, responsive and communicated well so we had everything we needed.

Everything was awesome! Great location, by shops, beach, resorts, etc. Unit and property was spotless. Was a bit worried about Teens using the “adult” pool but it was a non issue. The family pool looked great for younger children. Host/Owner was great. Hope to be back!

Quiet, Relaxing Oasis

We were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation in a quiet tropical setting, and we found it! The pictures definitely do not do this property justice. The condo itself was beautiful, and had everything we needed and then some. The property and grounds were incredible. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The only disappointment was having to go back home.

Family Trip

Beautiful penthouse condo!! Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The property is beautiful. This unit is by the family pool, but we spent most of our time at the adult pool overlooking the beach…just a short walk with beautiful landscaping along the way. Loved the paved path along the oceanfront for morning runs!! We would definitely book this unit again!!

Mike and Jeri Ireland enjoy meeting friends all over the world for scuba diving adventures. But one of their all-time favorite dive sites, Molokini, is visible from the lanai of their gorgeous Maui condo at the Wailea Beach Villas.

Why they chose this property

We love our unit overlooking the pool. The tiki torches and waterfall combine with the luxurious landscaping to impart a Hawaiian feeling that is hard to duplicate. And the view of Molokini, where we have had many wonderful dives, is delightful. Nothing beats coffee in the AM, watching the dive boats...unless it is a glass of wine in the evening, watching the evening sky above the glow of tiki torches!

What makes this property unique

The location at the Wailea Beach Villas is unbeatable. Our staff is helpful and full of Aloha spirit. It's a two minute walk to great restaurants and shopping at the Shops of Wailea. And the walk to the beach is absolutely stunning. You'll pass pools, waterfalls, gorgeous Hawaiian flowers. It is truly a unique location and we are happy to be able to offer it to our guests.
