After dark, you can lie on your own grassy lawn and gaze up at the glittering, star-filled night sky for which Maui is renowned. Seasonally, the array of shooting stars visible is particularly impressive. G102 offers an excellent vacation spot for amateur astronomers.

An assortment of teak outdoor living furniture makes it easy to sun and relax in your own hideaway - day and night. The oversized wrap-around indoor and outdoor patio is a special feature of G102. The great room flows directly outdoors to a covered patio for outdoor living without being exposed to the sun, and the Viking BBQ and bar fridge complete the outdoor kitchen. A large teak table set under roof in the garden is ready for family meals. Radiant natural sunlight flows through all of the rooms via the floor to ceiling glass doors and abundant windows. Solid glass and screen doors smoothly retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. For cooling comfort, switch on the central air conditioning with individual room controls. A unique feature of G102 is the expansive rich green grass lawn and the surrounding border of colorful and delicate hibiscus flowers that are native to the tropics. The pretty yellow and orange flowers serve as the inspiration for the color scheme of the great room and for the villa name.

G102 has easy walk-in access. There's no need to ride an elevator - just walk straight in from the parking area or from the garden. This villa is uniquely convenient to Wailea Beach and the adult or family pool. Situated in the center of the resort, you may easily travel down to the beach or up to the fitness center and family pool.

Floral Gardens Villa is the perfect combination of modern living in the midst of tropical splendor, and is one of the only villas decorated in a unique Asian/vintage style with Chinese antique lacquer furniture, vintage film posters and lux contemporary touches such as Italian leather sofas.

The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies, including Cuisinart small appliances, dual coffee makers and a Breville Die-Cast Capucino Espresso maker. In the kitchen there is a Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ice maker, two refrigerated beverage drawers, Gaggenau stainless steel five burner cook top, Thermador convection and microwave oven, Bosch electronic dishwasher, wine fridge, private outdoor terrace with Viking grill and rotisserie, and another beverage fridge.

There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. - Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, maintenance projects and/or fireworks celebrations.
- Supervision of children is required at all times when renting villas with private plunge pools.
- The plunge pool is not heated. It is a cold splash plunge pool only. On-site maintenance for the cold splash plunge pool is performed weekly.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
