The Granary is a beautifully transformed barn in the heart of the Bedfordshire countryside with a spacious and stylish open plan format. Within the 30 acre estate of Eastfields Farm Barns, it is the perfect place for you the relax with friends and family.

Within easy access of the M1, A1 and A14 with convenient train links to London and Birmingham, it is perfectly located and close to many amenities including Grafham Water, Palmer Sports and within a 30 minute drive to Cambridge.
The space
A beautifully converted barn with open plan living creates the perfect space for a family vacation or break with friends. You are also able to book our sister property The Old Cart Barn together accommodating groups of up to 20. We also allow one well behaved dog at the property at an additional charge.

The Granary is set within a 30 acre estate so you have plenty of space to roam.

The place we stayed was very clean. All the facilities were excellent and the location was absolutely wonderful, placed within a large field and surrounded by extensive countryside. It made for wonderful daily walks. The hosts themselves were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay, always trying to help as much as possible and giving us lots of advice about the local area. I have to say we had a wonderful time. I can see why people hold their events there, such as weddings and corporate events as well, and it will certainly be a place I'll be looking into using again in the future.
