5E Villa Charme - Vista Mare & Ortigia Island- Whirpool on roof Terrace

5 Elements Villa Charme is an elegant residence up to 13 guests that enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Ortigia and in the clear days of the imposing volcano Etna. Equipped with every comfort, this brand new Villa combines a luxurious decor with Baroque contaminations, essential architectural lines and technological equipment. From mid may to mid october or upon request you can relax on the terrace and enjoy the WHIRLPOOL for 5/6 people with chromotherapy, with an extra fee.
Luxury meets Sustainability is our motto. The Villa is certified NZEB "Near Zero Energy Building" in respect of our planet. You can experience the truly breathtaking view of the sea and Etna from the splendid terrace with a furnished Hydromassage Mini-pool , dining table, sun loungers, coffee tables, and a warm outdoor shower. In the Garden you can admire Mediterranean plants, relax on sun loungers, walk barefoot on the grass picking the sweet mandarins and lemons directly from the plants. The large sea-view veranda with sofa, bouncers and the antique wooden table for your aperitifs and dinners while admiring the sea in front and the lights of Ortigia. In the garden the Weber barbecue for evenings in the Villa. The house allows great privacy for guests as 4 rooms are equipped with their own en-suite bathroom. Two rooms enjoy sea views. The kitchen has all the latest technology and equipment. Not far from the sea and within a 15-minute drive the island of Ortigia.


Please be advised that bedrooms will be available according to reservation:
1 bedroom to accommodate 2 guests - 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests - 3 bedrooms to accommodate 5/6 guests - 4 bedrooms to accommodate 7/8/9 guests - 5 bedrooms to accommodate 10/11 guests - a second living room with Sofabed for 12/13 guests . Rooms 1/2/3/4 offer a private full en-suite bathroom. Rooms 5 and 6 share a large bathroom in the hallway.
If you like to occupy one room individually, please make a reservation for two people.
Available washroom with sink/washing machine/drying rack.
People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed to enter the villa, except for special agreement with the owner.
Hot Tub is available for an extra charge from mid-May to mid-October, or upon request.



We and our co-Host will always be available to our guests, both personally and by phone. We speak several languages : French, Spanish, English and German.
Extra charges may be required for the use of mini pool on the terrace. Local taxes are not included. We recommend that you carefully read the information on the rooms to book based on the number of guests. The Villa is located in the natural marine reserve of Plemmirio, one of the most beloved landscape areas of Sicily and very dear to the historic world record freediving Enzo Maiorca who trained in these waters. The silence of the Plemmirio and the relaxing beaches of the area will leave you an unforgettable memory.
