Great place for a family!

Great super friendly hosts giving us all information needed! Clean house and clean pool! Nice area for a family to eat together outside enjoying a peaceful and quiet evening❤️ The only thing that could be improved was the kitchen utensils and equipment. But you have the very basic and enough for a large group. Will definitely come again!

Wonderful week together!

We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time hanging out and reconnecting! Paolo is a wonderful and friendly host, the pool is divine on blistering hot Sicilian days, and we loved the lemon trees, grill and hammock. The location is great — you can easily visit Ortigia and local beaches, and go a bit farther to check out other towns and historical sites, but also hide away and relax at the house as a group. Thank you again Paolo for all your help, we'd love to come back one day!

Great Stay

Lovely property, the pool was amazing. Paolo was so lovely, very happy, sweet man, he made everything so easy for us, Greeted us with pizza and ice cream and even played a bit of football with our three year old. The Villa is about 25 minutes drive to the town of Siracuse, and theres a little village 5 minutes drive away for groceries and a few restaurants so it was perfect for us, we wanted a peacful family holiday. Would recommend! Thankyou Paolo!!

Une maison isolée très appréciable et bien insonorisée. Une grande piscine. Chambre spacieuse et toutes commodites disponible mais nécessitant quelques travaux. Au top pour les enfants et les plus grands. La maison est grande et agréable à vivre au quotidien. Un meilleur entretien courant, légère fuite et environnement de la piscine(fissure/peinture/éclairage) serait appréciable.

The garden and the pool was very nice and the house is quit big, but a lite bit to basic. We missed some equipment in the kitchen. The veranda and grill was ok. The location of the house was good, Floridia has a good infrastructure, Siracusa is close by Floridia, ca. 15 km. In summary we had a nice holiday.

Siamo stati in questa bellissima villa questa estate. Circondata da alberi di arance,mandorle e olive che offrono una suggestiva atmosfera siciliana. La Villa è davvero comoda e attrezzata per la qualsiasi, con un ampia cucina/salone e una veranda ben allestita con tavoli e sedie. La piscina è grande con un solarium fornito di tavolini e sedie a sdraio in legno. Le camere sono molto accoglienti con il loro particolare stile rustico. per quanto riguarda la distanza dalle mete turistiche più ambite e il mare, non esiste problema perché in 15 minuti di macchina si raggiungono facilmente. insomma saprebbe accontentare ogni cliente, anche il più esigente. consiglio vivamente,anche a gruppi numerosi. un'esperienza indimenticabile!!

Les propriétaires sont très sympa et la maison a du potentiel, mais il y a quelques manques. Pas de four électrique mais un vieux four a gaz, pas de cafetière, pas de micro ondes, pas ou très peu de vaisselle, donc pas de lave vaisselle...un canapé 5 places pour 17, de l'eau chaude une fois sur 2 dans les douches. Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais il faudrait quand même améliorer l’équipement de la cuisine. Bain à remous / hydromassage / Jacuzzi?? Pas vu! WIFI? Non plus...
