This villa offers breathtaking views of Mount Etna, a beautiful garden, and access to our private "house beach." From the living room, you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset.

The interior design is timeless, crafted exclusively from natural materials sourced locally in Sicily, including Etna chestnut wood, Modica natural stone, Trapani marble, Etna lava stone, and Sicilian tuff stone.

Included: daily cleaning service, fresh flowers, mineral water and coffee.

The whole house and garden are exclusively only for your family.

Due to cliff protection works mandated by the Coast Guard, access to our private beach is currently closed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee its reopening by summer 2024.

However, there are several sand and stone beaches in our residential area that are just a 5-minute walk away.

Surpassed all expectations

Im not sure how to describe this place. The view is unreal, te pictures dont do it justice. The pool is hjge, gardens spotless. Close by access to the sea which was stunning. The main thing i still talk about is the quality of finish and the fixtures in the villa. Everything has been done to the highest standard and just makes staying here a calm oasis in Sicily! The app to control many things worked well and my 11 year old son loved it. He described it as a villa James Bond would stay in. This was by far the best villa we stayed in and i would jump at the chance to stay here again if ever back in Sicily Make the trip to Syracuse and also a wine tasting at Fausta Mansio. Thanks again!

Hard to find better!

Abbiamo passato 8 settimane tra maggio-giungo e inizio luglio 2023. Siamo stati veramente bene. La casa è molto moderna e arredata con gran gusto, forse per certi versi un po’ minimal, ma molto molto bella. Servizio di colazione e pulizia molto efficiente. La vista poi è semplicemente stratosferica: oltre al mare infinito puoi vivere l’alba e il tramonto, con lo sfondo dell’Etna, comodamente seduto in terrazza. La grande disponibilità dei custodi Alessandra e Tony hanno reso questa vacanza indimenticabile.
