Entirely surrounded by an incredible park of soft lawns and giant palm trees, Villa del Parco is an oasis of peace: a countryside villa in Sicilian Style with a private pool and close to stunning sandy beaches.
Perfect for families and for yoga retreats, it will suffice to close your eyes to unwind to the sweet sounds and smells of the nature all around!
Villa del Parco consists of 3 independent units (1 main building and 2 annexes) joined together by a stone-paved terrace, and a dream PRIVATE POOL which will be exclusively for you during your stay.
The main building has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with fireplace. The two annexes have each a large bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air-conditioning.
From the living room of the main building you have access to a cosy terrace where you can forget about time under the delightful shadow of a pergola. Continuing along the terrace, is a rustic outdoor kitchen with PIZZA OVEN, ideal for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners.
N.B. In winter (beginning November - end March) the villa is rented for max. 6 persons!
Villa del Parco is halfway between Catania (30km) and Siracusa (30km). At only 7 km there is Brucoli a cute fisherman’s village with a fascinating history and a beautiful coastline characterised by rocks and caves which makes it ideal for snorkeling. In Brucoli you will also find shops, restaurants and cafes.
The private pool measures 12x6 m and it is between 1.30 and 2.50 m deep.
The following might be to be paid extra: Tourist tax.
