Ich bewerte hier nur das Objekt.Das Haus befindet sich in einem bewohnbaren Zustand. Vor Jahren wurde es vermutlich renoviert. Die Der Eigentümer sollte allerdings Haus und Grundstück öfter warten und instand setzen. Da es öfters regnet wurde deutlich das alle Regenrinnen verstopft sind, das heißt es regnet auf die Terrasse. Diese Terrasse ist vermutlich so alt wie das Haus, an einigen Stellen ist der Unterbau durchgefault Schrauben stehen aus den Brettern was durchaus Unfallgefahr bedeutet. Aus der Terrasse wachsen Unkraut und ganze Büsche. Die Rasenpflege übernimmt ein Roboter und was der nicht mäht wächst ungezügelt weiter. Auch in der Einfahrt . Der Zustand der Inneneinrichtung ist für das Alter okay, entspricht dem Geschmack der achtziger Jahre. Wen das alles nicht stört, auch die Tatsache daß es keine Waschmaschine gibt,der kann hier phantastischen Urlaub machen.
