A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

Great apartment in a great location. Safe and secure, comfortable beds, well outfitted, and very walkable location. The bed in the main bedroom is a king, not a double as listed, so that was an added bonus!
Very close to Dart station and bus stops. Restaurants pubs and grogeries very close. Suited our needs perfectly. Wee bit of trouble finding spot to pick up our key. From Canada so not familiar with Eorospar. Also coming off a red eye flight so not at our sharpest. Beds very comfortable. Grounds very clean. If you are easily woken in the morning, please note that the garage for the google bike army is directly below and the door slams regularly as they come to work. Didnt bother us but might disturb some.

Great Apartment
The Grand Canal Dock apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Initially we thought the location wasn't great as it was a distance from city center but we quickly realized there is a train station right across the street which made for an easy ride into town. Only issue was the key pick up. We were given incorrect information as to where to pick up the key which resulted in unnecessary back and forth and quite a bit of stress. But thankfully the wrong location was able to help us identify the correct location and we were able to get the key. Communication regarding the issue wasn't good. I did not get a response for more than 24 hours. But all other communication leading up to our trip was very good. Other than the key pick up issue, everything was great and I would recommend this apartment!

Needs a cleaner!
I recently stayed here with a work colleague. From the outset I had issues. Firstly finding the place was really difficult as it is not well signed from the outside. Then the description of "street parking" suggests first come first served! this is not the case, there is a three hour limit on parking (as with all the surrounding streets) so its either find. local car park (10 mins walk minimum) or pay every three hours (working out like £50 a day!
Finally got into the apartment after searching like Anika Rice for teh key lock (not on a wall where you might think logically, but chained to the bottom of a fence which is prime dog urination zone!)
The apartment looked OK to be fair, open airy. Then I brushed my teeth and made the mistake moving a vessel from the sink that had clearly been there as long as the apartment! This place had clearly not been cleaned properly for weeks and weeks! really! Then off to bed! but it seems that the water pump in the apartment was servicing every room in teh bl**dy building! all night you could hear it whining through the walls every 30 seconds! All in all, could be a decent place if it gets cleaned and sort that pump out!
