Three Elements

Three Elements is a villa of approximately 200 square meters with private pool built in 2005 on a slope of one acre overlooking the magnificent Saronic Gulf and its islands in the settlement of Pefkali. The house is surrounded by slopes with trees, stones and sea giving the name of the house.
The space
Inside the house...

The ground floor is an open space with a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The upper floor has two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area. More specifically, one room, being larger, has a double and a single bed. On the other hand, lying on his double bed, enjoy the wonderful view, having the Saronic Gulf really at your feet.

In all areas there is air conditioning, wireless internet and smart TV.

Stepping out of the house the front porch will become the place you want to spend most of your time relaxing day and night enjoying the view of the bay and the private pool. You will also have access to the outdoor areas of the backyard where you will find a table football for a carefree family game for young and old. On the side of the villa is the barbecue area where you can cook your meal, have your breakfast and also enjoy the view in the evening with your wine.
Guest access
In the settlement there are 4 wonderful beaches, the Fragolimano, the small and the large Anvil, but also the largest and most beautiful, the Kalogerolimano, at a distance of no more than 5-10 minutes by car. There is also a canteen/tavern in the port where you can visit after your swim.

During your stay, you can visit some archaeological sites of Greece, such as the ancient theater of Epidaurus (44km), which is the most popular theater in Greece. Another well-known archaeological site is the ancient city of Mycenae (53km) and the ancient sites of Nemea (58km).

In addition to the archaeological sites, you can visit Nafplio (62km), Loutraki (32km), the baths of Oraia Eleni (17km), ancient Corinth (31km) and the village of Sofiko located at a distance of 5 km to get all the rest you need but also find more information about modern life in Greece.

In addition, you can visit part of the Peloponnese, such as Monemvasia (271km), Porto Heli (80km) as well as the islands of Spetses and Poros.
