Luxurious villa with a breathtaking view of the Saronic gulf and swimming pool. Located merely 50 minutes drive from Athens, our residence is the perfect getaway for summer-vacation lovers. The area, Almiri, is secure and well organized.
Ideally located near Athens and its airport. But also a stepping stone for exploring the north Peloponnese. Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplio and the wine region of Nemea are all a short drive away.
When not exploring this ancient and exciting land, you will relax by the pool, drinking local Nemea wine

Hillside Villa

The villa is clean, well appointed and has a wonderful patio and pool. The location, near Korinthos, is not ideal, but you know that going in. Lykourgos is prompt over text. We were an extended family (kids of all ages and adults), and it is a great place for that kind of group

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette maison avec nos 4 enfants et un couple d’amis avec leur fille. La maison est très bien disposée avec ses terrasses et piscine avec vue sur le golf de saronique . Parfait pour 2 familles. Seul petit bémol, la salle de bain du bas est un peu exiguë (nous la partagions à 6...) . Merci à Likourgos pour son accueil chaleureux .

Magnifique maison avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 3/4 familles. L’accueil du propriétaire est spontané et très chaleureux. La vue est paradisiaque et la maison est agencée avec goût. Dommage que l’environnement du continent ne soit pas tout à fait à la hauteur de cette superbe maison. Néanmoins nous avons adoré la plage en bas de la maison, l’ile D’hydra😍, la journée en bateau sur l’ile Agistri et l’acrocorinthe. En tout cas, nous vous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette maison pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter le Péloponnèse.

Find peace and discover Greece at a stellar home with wonderful owners

Our family (4 adults and 3 children stayed in this beautiful home for 8 days in June 2018. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years and this was by far our favorite of them all! The view from the home of the Saronic gulf was truly something special... we will be thinking of the view and our times spent on the patio and balcony for many years to come! The pool was also a wonderful hang-out for us all (the kids especially loved swimming). We can't say enough about how clean, spacious, and well-equipped the owners keep this home. The design of the home was also perfect for our family: 2 bedrooms on the first floor for the grandparents and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor for younger kids/parents. There are also two (well-appointed) kitchens, one on each floor, which is very convenient for a larger group. The location of the home was also spectacular, close enough for day-trips into the Athens metropolitan area and there were plenty of attractions/portsbeaches to visit on the peninsula. The home is a short drive (20-30 min walk) from several restaurants, shops, and groceries. The owners were so welcoming and available to help with any questions. We truly felt as though we were visiting family. From arrival to departure we were all in awe of this home, a special place to relax and enjoy the Greek culture. You will not be disappointed staying in this home!!

Très belle villa, très bien située.

La villa est très belle, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. L'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement sur les côtes et l'arrière pays. Beaucoup de sites sont accessibles en moins de 2 heures. Commerces à proximité. Le propriétaire est très serviable et très réactif. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, nous recommandons cet endroit.
