The beautiful town of Città di Castello and the surrounding region are more beautiful when explored on bicycles. For restaurants, you need to go only 3 km. At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.

The ground-floor holiday home has a private terrace with seating to enjoy reading a book or a cool refreshing drink. In the recreation room, you have a TV and table football game to enjoy. Schönes Haus, ordentlich und komplett ausgestattet. Altmodische Einrichtung, aber das hat auch Charme. Gepflegter Agriturismo mit freundlichen Managern. Super ruhig hier. Sie müssen ein bisschen fahren, um irgendwohin zu gelangen, die Zeit, um dorthin zu gelangen, ist länger, als Sie angesichts der Kilometer, die Sie fahren, erwarten würden.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Gepflegtes Haus, geräumig, ausreichende Küchenausstattung, schöne Domäne. Sehr abgelegen, auch für Ausflüge ist man lange unterwegs. Schöner und gepflegter Pool, zu wenige Sonnenschirme und wegen des ständigen Windes du nicht verlassen kann sie öffnen. Vielleicht auf dem Rasen eine gute Idee , Bäume zu pflanzen neben den Pool für Schatten. In Fracasso ein sehr gutes Restaurant, La Collina, Montag geschlossen.
