Spacious and bright apartment on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, close to the center, the stadium and a few meters away from Via del Pratello, renowned for its pubs and typical locals.The apartment consists of a large living area with a balcony, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, and an American kitchen with a peninsula, a microwave and a kettle.Next is the sleeping area, divided into three rooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with two single beds and the third with a queen-size bed and a double futon mattress. The last two rooms mentioned also have an adjoining balcony.Finally, completing the layout are the two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and bidet.Air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating are available free of charge.*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
