This area of the city is known for its noble character typical of classic Madrid. The apartment is located very close to the Palace Hotel, the Ritz Hotel and the well-known building of Las Cortes, and a few steps from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Prado Museum.

Exploring the surroundings of the apartment is a true delight. Plaza de Santa Ana and the Huertas neighbourhood, Atocha station or Retiro Park are just 5 minutes away. Surrounded by hundreds of places to enjoy the best tapas and Spanish food.



The apartment:

The apartment is located in the interior part of a noble Mid-century building with a physical doorman. To access it, one passes through an interior corridor leading to a nice elevator.

It is situated on the fourth floor of the property, has capacity for three people and features a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa bed that integrates the kitchen, providing style and making perfect use of all the apartment's space.

It has a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed, custom-made wardrobe, television, air conditioning, ceiling fan and heating. The bedroom window overlooks the building's interior courtyard, which enjoys great tranquillity.

The apartment has a full bathroom with shower, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi connection.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:



Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.

The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease contract upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
