The apartment is located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, just a few steps away from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. This is a charming and bustling thoroughfare that offers a glimpse into the vibrant essence of the city. This lively street is lined up with a delightful mix of quaint shops and inviting cafe creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 10 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 3 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 4 with one queen bed

- 1 Bathroom with shower in the room
- 1 Bathroom with shower and WC

The apartment is comfortable for 10 persons and a maximum of 12 persons.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:

Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : a two people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the padlock at 8 rue du Dr Finlay on the fence.
- The door to your apartment is on the 6th floor
- We will send you the code of the padlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in one of the most lively and vibrant neighborhood of Paris. With its central location, this area offers easy acces to various attractions and amenities.
The Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars are just few steps away from it. The streets are lined with shops, restaurants and local bakeries. You are also just few meters away from the River bank where you will be able to enjoy a stroll along the Seine.
The area is well connected to public transportation allowing convenient exploration of other parts of the city.

The neighborhood is very safe with the Eiffel Tower a few hundred meters away from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station : Bir Hakeim
3 minutes : Line 6. You can easily get into RER A from line 6.
55 minutes (Line 6 & RER B) to CDG Airport

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
