A 15-minute drive from Portoferraio, away from the tourist areas, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it offers an exceptional view of the bay of the Biodola, the mountains of the island of Elba, the island of Capraia up to Corsica. The last strecth to reach the house is on a well-maintained dirt road.
The fine sandy beaches of Scaglieri and Biodola, which are among the most beautiful on the island of Elba, can be reached in 20 minutes by a direct path, from which also hiking trails to the white beaches of Capo Enfola.
The residence also offers a private pool. The apartment, for 4 people (plus possibly a child), includes two newly renovated bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, TV and Wifi, an adjacent outdoor kitchen, a bathroom, two equipped outdoor terraces, and a garden of Aloes, cypress, olive tree, fig tree terraces, with an extra outdoor shower and stove.
