The Rosa and Bouganville flats are located in a modern building with private parking in a quiet street in Peschiera del Garda, in the San Benedetto district, very close to Bergamini beach.

The flats are perfect for a holiday together with friends: both flats share the same main entrance, but are completely separate units inside the building. The Bouganville flat is on the 1st floor and has a large terrace with table and seating area, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, sofa, which can become a third bed in no time, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, air conditioning. There is a beautiful bedroom with canopy and small balcony, wardrobe. The flat is designed for a maximum of 3 people.

The location of the flats is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants or shops for daily needs. The old town of Peschiera is about 20 minutes away on foot.

Appartamento davvero perfetto

Appartamento con tutte le comodità, facilmente accessibile. La terrazza il punto forte dove trascorrere ore di relax e consumare pranzo e cena L’accesso è consentito solo con le chiavi. Avevamo solo un mazzo di chiavi ed eravamo costretti a muoverci sempre tutto insieme . Consiglio lo scatto elettrico per il Portoncino esterno tramite citofono

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Super Balkon, aber einige Differenzen zum Angebot:- Balkonausstattung nicht wie im Angebot- Kaffeemaschine eine andere als angegeben- Fernseher nur mit italienischen Programmen- WLan funktionierte gar nicht- die Wohnung und das Geschirr waren sehr unsauber

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Die Lage und die Umgebung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung war auch gut. Ein wenig zu klein für 3 Personen, aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war nicht gut. Die Terrasse und das Treppenhaus waren nicht geputzt. Auch die Küche war auch nicht optimal. Zum Strand waren es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Perfekt.
