Nothing like the photos, half the rooms advertised weren’t there and charged an extra £49 just to get the code for the door key

Dirty Apartment

Dirty apartment and what shown in the picture was not the right one. The condition of the apartment was horrible and dirty. The area don’t feel like safe to stay. I want a refund.
